LHH has partnered with a wonderful client in Kansas City Metro that is looking to bring on a Treasury Associate on contract - to - Hire basis.

• Develop a comprehensive knowledge base to accurately and promptly respond to inquiries from regional offices regarding the status of payments, reversals, and positive pay items.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with overall treasury department policies and regulatory requirements, in coordination with senior Treasury Associates.

• Validate that ACH payment instructions have been confirmed by the regional offices before execution, serving as a key control in fraud prevention.

• Perform corporate cash reporting tasks and related duties, with weekly reviews conducted by senior Associates to maintain proficiency in cash processes.

• Cross-train on various Treasury functions and support tasks as skills and time allow, ensuring operational flexibility and continuity.

• Participate in other Treasury-related projects as directed by the Supervisor, department management, or more senior Associates.

Preferred skills include:

• 1 to 3 years of related experience

• Understanding of bank relationships and cash management services

• Advanced accuracy and attention to detail

• Knowledge of bank practices for returning checks, wires, and ACH transactions

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems preferred

• Reconciliation experience

Pay: $20 - $25/HR
