Now Hiring: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)
Location: Hybrid – Katy, TX 77449
Industry: Utility Services / Customer Service
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Remote on Mondays and Fridays)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: $19.57 per hour + potential overtime during peak periods and month-end
This opportunity is part of a new acquisition, offering long-term stability and career growth in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with billing inquiries, service accounts, and general utility questions
Handle escalated or challenging customer interactions with professionalism
Document customer interactions and update account records accurately
Resolve service issues using internal systems and escalate when necessary
Maintain quality and performance standards while delivering excellent customer service
Experience & Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (assessment required)
2–3 years of customer service experience (call center or utility industry a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn multiple software systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation for on-site days and interviews
Willingness to work occasional overtime during busy periods or month-end
Interview Process:
A brief bilingual assessment will be conducted, requiring responses in both spoken and written Spanish.
