Now Hiring: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

Location: Hybrid – Katy, TX 77449
Industry: Utility Services / Customer Service
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Remote on Mondays and Fridays)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: $19.57 per hour + potential overtime during peak periods and month-end

This opportunity is part of a new acquisition, offering long-term stability and career growth in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, service accounts, and general utility questions

  • Handle escalated or challenging customer interactions with professionalism

  • Document customer interactions and update account records accurately

  • Resolve service issues using internal systems and escalate when necessary

  • Maintain quality and performance standards while delivering excellent customer service

Experience & Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (assessment required)

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience (call center or utility industry a plus)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to quickly learn multiple software systems

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable transportation for on-site days and interviews

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime during busy periods or month-end

Interview Process:

A brief bilingual assessment will be conducted, requiring responses in both spoken and written Spanish.
