LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client’s customer service team in Katy, TX!
Job: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)
Industry: Customer Service / Utility Services
Location: Hybrid, Katy, TX 77449
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Range: $18/hr - $19/hr
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Remote schedule: Mondays and Fridays)
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer interactions primarily via phone, ensuring customer satisfaction while providing assistance with billing, account management, and service inquiries. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and be able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both English and Spanish
Resolve customer inquiries related to billing, account management, and services
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns, providing information, and resolving issues
Accurately document customer interactions and update account details
Utilize company systems to track and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Follow the escalation process as needed to ensure customer concerns are addressed
Requirements:
Call center or heavy phone experience in a professional setting
At least two years of customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in both Spanish and English, must pass a Spanish-speaking assessment to ensure fluency
Experience in utility services (gas, water, electric, phone) is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
