About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to join one of our clients in Kennesaw, GA. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing and implementing recruiting strategies, and managing a team of recruiters to meet the hiring needs of the organization. This position would be hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates, metrics, and reports to leadership, highlighting recruitment trends, challenges, and successes.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-volume recruitment.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
