POSITION IS NOT SEEKING EXPERIENCE IN CORPORATE RECRUITING!

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Recruiter Access to identify top talent.

• Implement competitive intelligence to stay ahead in the sourcing game.

• Source and build relationships with potential candidates across various platforms.

• Work closely with recruiters and clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ISCM experience is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent experience as a sourcer with 3-5 years in the recruiting/sourcing field.

• Located in CST/EST time zones.

• Experience with a sourcing team or CRM systems.

• Strong ability to build Boolean streams and conduct detailed searches.

• Background in power, nuclear, or engineering sectors, particularly sourcing for manufacturing or plants.

• Ability to expand knowledge beyond IT to areas such as operators, electrical, mechanical, chemistry, emergency preparedness, and environmental roles.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about sourcing and dedicated to building talent pipelines.

• Experienced in sourcing for engineering roles, with a particular focus on electrical engineering.

• Strong communicator capable of working with engineering supervisors to identify talent in various specializations.

• Competent in handling competitive roles with large volumes of candidates.
