Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual – Spanish Required)

Overview:

A growing manufacturing company in Kenosha is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator who is bilingual in English and Spanish to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role is key in coordinating domestic and international freight, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse teams and vendor communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with production and warehouse teams

  • Schedule pickups and deliveries with LTL, FTL, and international freight carriers

  • Prepare and verify shipping documents including BOLs, customs paperwork, and packing lists

  • Track and monitor shipments; resolve issues or delays with carriers promptly

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical and cycle counts

  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding orders and logistics

  • Translate logistics communications, instructions, and documentation between English and Spanish

  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies

  • Use ERP and TMS systems for logistics management and reporting.

Pay: $20 - $25 /hr



Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain coordination experience

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) required

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Knowledge of international shipping documentation and import/export procedures a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and logistics software

  • Effective communicator and problem-solver



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
