We’re seeking a proactive and organized People Development Navigator to join a forward-thinking HR team in Kenosha, WI. This temporary Learning & Development role supports internal training, onboarding, and employee growth programs for a dynamic, fast-paced organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for employee training sessions, leadership development programs, and new hire onboarding

  • Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives

  • Maintain and update learning records in the Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Track compliance and certifications, and generate training reports as needed

  • Assist with the creation and formatting of presentations, guides, and job aids

  • Provide administrative support to the L&D and broader HR team


Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Human Resources

  • Confident with LMS platforms and tools like Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-through

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments

  • Able to thrive in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
