We’re seeking a proactive and organized People Development Navigator to join a forward-thinking HR team in Kenosha, WI. This temporary Learning & Development role supports internal training, onboarding, and employee growth programs for a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for employee training sessions, leadership development programs, and new hire onboarding
Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives
Maintain and update learning records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Track compliance and certifications, and generate training reports as needed
Assist with the creation and formatting of presentations, guides, and job aids
Provide administrative support to the L&D and broader HR team
Who You Are:
2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Human Resources
Confident with LMS platforms and tools like Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-through
Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments
Able to thrive in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
