LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client in Kent, WA. The temporary opportunity is fully onsite.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for performing cash reconciliations, processing daily cash activity, resolving discrepancies and assisting with monthly close processes. This role requires strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Perform cash reconciliations

· Process daily cash activity and exceptions

· Assist with deduction resolutions and collections

· Research and resolve discrepancies timely

· Obtain approvals for all variances

· Maintain proper documentation and filing

· Assist with monthly close processes

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

· Strong Excel skills

· Ability to multi-task and to prioritize work

· Great analytical skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong understanding of GAPP
