Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Contract – 6 Months)
Location: Kent, WA
Employment Type: Contract (Full-Time)
Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
Assist with onboarding and coordination for new hires and guests
Qualifications:
3+ years of prior front desk experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with vendor management and badge access
Ability to manage sensitive information
Professional appearance and demeanor
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
