We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes. This individual contributor role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment posting, collections, and aging analysis
Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate/resolving billing discrepancies
Generate and distribute accurate customer statements and reports
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Accounting) to resolve client disputes and ensure billing accuracy
Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation in ERP/accounting systems
Prepare AR aging reports, cash forecasting data, and assist in monthly close processes
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
8+ years of hands-on AR experience in a high-volume environment
Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
