We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes. This individual contributor role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment posting, collections, and aging analysis

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payments

  • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate/resolving billing discrepancies

  • Generate and distribute accurate customer statements and reports

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Accounting) to resolve client disputes and ensure billing accuracy

  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation in ERP/accounting systems

  • Prepare AR aging reports, cash forecasting data, and assist in monthly close processes

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

  • 8+ years of hands-on AR experience in a high-volume environment

  • Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
