Senior Recruiter
Location: Greater Philadelphia Area (Hybrid/Occasional On-Site)
Compensation: $30–$32 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the hiring cycle from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and team leads, helping define role requirements and hiring approaches.

  • Guide and manage recruitment efforts for roles that typically require longer lead times or more tailored sourcing strategies.

  • Use a combination of research, outreach, and networking to identify potential fits in a competitive market.

  • Keep hiring processes on track, staying organized and communicative with internal teams and applicants.

  • Enter and maintain recruitment activity in digital platforms; prior use of Lever is helpful but not required.

What You Bring:

  • At least five years of hands-on hiring experience across a variety of functions, ideally including roles with a corporate or strategic scope.

  • Confidence and ease working with leadership teams to build consensus on hiring decisions.

  • Strong ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing best practices and an awareness of changing labor market conditions.

  • Reside in Pennsylvania, South Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland and open to occasional visits to the Philadelphia office if considered for long-term placement.



Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
