- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Process multiple claims with accuracy and speed
- Perform data entry
- Process forms through Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Responsible for logging in/clearing all business in a timely manner
- Prepares documents for processing after accounts are bound
- Prepares, assembles, and/or issues policy/endorsements and associated documentation
- Ensures that claims payments are issued in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
