A company in the manufacturing industry is partnering with LHH to search for an accounting consultant for the next six months. You will be working directly with the Finance Director to handle financial statement preparation, journal entries, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive accounting experience and be comfortable staying on task independently. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and free parking. Also, you will work with a friendly team in a nice office space.
Main Duties:
- Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
- Processing journal entries and assisting with month end
- Preparing financial statements
- Variance analysis and resolving discrepancies
- Additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
- At least five years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred
- Previous experience on an ERP software system
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and be proactive with deadlines
Employment Details:
- Temporary position for 4-5 months
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hybrid work schedule in Kirkland, WA office
