Accountant

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related directly to maintaining AP records and invoices. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of AP specifically within the construction industry highly preferred.

· Process invoices due for payment

· Cost code invoices (must have previous experience)

· Route invoices to Project Managers for approval

· Obtain proper verifications before processing invoices

· Maintain and update AP files

· Statement reconciliations

Preferred:

· Construction accounting experience (Accounts Payable)

· Minimum of 3+ years of recent accounting support experience (AP, bookkeeping, general accounting functions)

· Self starter and solid communication skills

· Experience in either Procore, Foundation, Spectrum, Viewpoint, Textura, etc. is highly sought after

· Excel- Basic fluency

Salaried Position ($60-78,000), Direct Hire

This is an onsite position located in metro Knoxville. M-F (40 hours/week) with flexibility on start/end times.
