Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Knoxville, TN (Fully Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3-way matching and experience with high-volume invoice processing. This fully onsite position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our finance team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform full-cycle accounts payable duties, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing.
· Execute 3-way matching process for purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices.
· Handle high-volume invoice processing with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies.
· Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
· Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
· Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
· Proficient in 3-way matching and high-volume invoice processing.
· Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and practices.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Pay: $20-24/hr
