Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Knoxville, TN (west side)
Job Type: Full-Time, Non exempt, M-F (40/hrs)
About Us: A leading company in the office supply industry which is headquartered in Knoxville and dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial records with precision and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting is a plus.

Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
