This role requires the ability to handle complex calls in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate with have experience answering customer questions, providing updates, creating purchase orders, and uploading data.

· Type: Temporary-Hire

· Location: Knoxville, TN.

o 100% On-Site

· Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Job Duties:

· Maintain up to date knowledge on products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and complete information to both internal and external customers.

· Collaborate with colleagues to support various administrative and operational tasks.

· Assist other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

· Escalate customer conflicts in a timely manner.

· Support project flow to ensure order fulfillment.

· Research and resolve stalled orders and shipping issues.

· Manage and update office documents, spreadsheets, and databases.

· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance.

· Review open orders and provide real-time updates to customers.

· Place orders into the system (Microsoft AX, Salesforce).

What you’ll need:

· College Degree highly preferred but not required.

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience

· The ideal individual exercises good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills



Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
