LHH has partnered with a growing client in the Knoxville, TN area to help find a temporary HR Specialist to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Handle employee communication and address employee queries and concerns effectively.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance.

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.

• Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS system.

• Concur experience preferred.

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00am-5:00pm
