LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist (Switchboard Operator) for our client located in Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

• Location: Knoxville, TN 37919

• Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

• Starting Pay: $16.00-$17.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

• Take and relay detailed messages to nurses and team members using the internal communication system

• Sort incoming faxes and manage document flow

• Merge images and import documents into the system

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Comfortable using office technology and document systems
