Senior Accounts Payable

As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you would be responsible for maintaining the processing and timely payments of invoices.

• Take ownership of end-to-end AP process- coding, approval, weekly check runs, vendor set up

• Works closely with leadership and local markets to obtain invoice approvals

• Consolidate and prepare invoices for payment via checks, portal or ACH

• Apply cost codes to jobs

• Monthly reconciliations of vendor statements

• Mentor and lead the AP process for Knoxville office

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of full cycle AP experience within the construction industry

• Foundation, Sage, Procore or Vista Viewpoint experience preferred (or similar ERP specific to construction/job costing)

• Must be comfortable working in an onsite team setting

• Excel- Basic

Pay Rate $75-80k/yr

This is an onsite position located in metro Knoxville, TN

Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Flexible start/end times
