Exciting Opportunity: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract to Hire)
Location: Koreatown, CA Type: Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $25-33/hour (Based on Experience) Immediate Start Available
Are you a skilled Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable professional with experience in a large ERP environment? We have an immediate opportunity for a Contract-to-Hire Specialist to join our team in Koreatown, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:
- Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with precision.
- Handle invoices, ensuring accuracy in the 3-way match process.
- Code transactions and conduct weekly check runs.
Vendor Communication:
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
Collections:
- Perform collection activities if needed, ensuring prompt resolution of outstanding payments.
Financial Reconciliations:
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards to maintain accurate financial records.
Month-End Close Support:
- Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Familiarity with large ERP systems is a must.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
