Exciting Opportunity: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract to Hire)

Location: Koreatown, CA Type: Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $25-33/hour (Based on Experience) Immediate Start Available

Are you a skilled Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable professional with experience in a large ERP environment? We have an immediate opportunity for a Contract-to-Hire Specialist to join our team in Koreatown, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 
   

   Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:

   
   
   • Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with precision.
   • Handle invoices, ensuring accuracy in the 3-way match process.
   • Code transactions and conduct weekly check runs.
2. 
   

   Vendor Communication:

   
   
   • Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
3. 
   

   Collections:

   
   
   • Perform collection activities if needed, ensuring prompt resolution of outstanding payments.
4. 
   

   Financial Reconciliations:

   
   
   • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards to maintain accurate financial records.
5. 
   

   Month-End Close Support:

   
   
   • Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with large ERP systems is a must.
• Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
