Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate office services such as supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

  • Provide administrative support to staff and management.

  • Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.

  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Experience in office management, administrative support, and HR functions.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
