Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Product Information Management Specialist to manage and optimize data using Salsify, a Product Information Management (PIM) and Data Asset Management tool. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and efficient utilization of product data across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end accuracy, completeness, utilization, maintenance, and automation of Salsify.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product data, workflows, and channels within Salsify.
- Ensure timely completion of Salsify workflows, address issues, and manage the syndication of products to retailers' systems and internal business systems.
- Manage content syndication, including onboarding new channels, updating existing ones, and auditing delivered content and assets.
- Gather, audit, and enter data into Salsify.
- Set up and maintain workflows, including new dynamic workflows.
- Develop and implement key proofing and quality assurance measures.
- Understand and respond to retailer-specific requirements and change requests.
- Conduct audits and gap analyses to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to optimize product data syndication through Salsify.
- Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to relevant teams.
- Develop business processes and solutions to meet sales needs and ecommerce best practices, including A+/enhanced content.
- Utilize Salsify reporting and other methods to report on content creation, delivery, and performance.
- Build and deploy digital catalogs and materials for viewing product assortment and attribution.
- Develop product and category expertise to drive continual improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salsify, the Product Information Management tool.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce sales channels, portals, and processes. (Retail and online ecommerce channels preferred)
- Experience managing a company ecommerce website is preferred.
- Experience in ecommerce sales of consumer products is preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze and execute product and channel strategies.
- Understanding of demand generation techniques, including content, reviews, promotions, advertising, email, and social media.
- Familiarity with key performance indicators for content, sales, and demand generation success.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to track, measure, and report activity, and turn those measurements into actionable insights.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per month
