Job Posting: Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Technology/Telecom
Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL
Pay Range: $50 per hour to $56.25 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting/finance and be capable of analyzing and synthesizing complex financial data to recognize patterns and identify opportunities. As a thought partner, you will collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and technical team members to shape reporting, forecasting, and provide valuable insights into economic benefits and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership with Leadership: Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and technical team members to shape reporting and forecasting, offering insights into economic benefits.

• Financial Management: Analyze and review Long-Term Plan (LTP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Annual Capital Plan (ACP), presenting key findings and recommendations to senior leaders and management.

• Process Improvement: Facilitate analysis, provide recommendations, and report on opportunities for improving processes, optimizing costs, improving quality, and driving decision-making through metrics and controls.

• Data Analysis: Identify and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to drive process improvements, mitigate risks, and uncover financial opportunities.

• Future-State Business Process Design: Work with process owners and stakeholders to design improved, future-state business processes aligned with program goals.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage leadership and other departments to gain support and buy-in for necessary changes and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in accounting/finance, with experience analyzing and synthesizing financial data.

• Ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data to improve operations and mitigate risks.

• Proven experience collaborating with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to implement process improvements.

• Prior experience with financial auditing

• Must have SAP experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Enterprise Technology/Telecom industries.

• Knowledge of financial management processes (LTP, AOP, ACP).

• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience driving process changes within an organization.
