Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients team in Lake Worth, FL. This contract-to-hire position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $22, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and distribute regular accounts receivable reports.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
• Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
