Lead Maintenance Technician

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Lead Maintenance Technician job in Lakeland, FL. To qualify, you must have at least 4 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $26.00 and $32.00 per hour. Responsibilities:

• Maintaining compliance with all relevant safety laws and regulations


• Maintaining the preventative maintenance schedule


• Conducting inspections on equipment


• Maintaining HVAC equipment, fire life safety systems, plumbing, and electrical systems, transformers, motors, MCC panels and circuits, variable frequency drives, etc.


• Maintaining dock equipment (overhead doors, dock levelers, dock locks, and seals)


• Maintaining building and parking lot lighting, emergency lights, exterior building lighting, etc.


• General maintenance: painting walls, fixing leaks, replacing sinks, etc.


• Ordering materials, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, managing work orders


• Documenting work results in the database


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least 4 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role


• Previous experience in a lead or supervisor role


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent customer service skills

  Schedule:



• Monday - Friday


• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  Compensation:



• Hourly rate between $26.00 and $32.00
