The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, demonstrating a proven track record of success in managing large-scale projects and teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Job Title: Vice President - Real Estate (ACCOUTNING)

Location: Lakewood, NJ (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate operations, including acquisitions, development, and asset management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, conducting thorough market analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of real estate assets, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in real estate processes and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a focus on leadership and management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
