We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead our retail and restaurant build-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, with a particular focus on retail and restaurant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to project completion.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on retail and restaurant build-outs.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

  • Experience with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) projects.

  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Lanham, MD.

Compensation and Benefits:
