LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client’s dynamic media company in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will assist their team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing calendars.


  • Assist with the preparation and processing of proposals, contracts, and invoices.


  • Coordinate and maintain communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.


  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including goals, targets, revenue, and client feedback.


  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information and sales activity.


  • Handle inbound client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate sales representative or department.


  • Assist in organizing events, client meetings, and promotional activities.


  • Prepare and distribute materials, such as brochures, media kits, and digital assets.


  • Support the sales team with research on market trends, client needs, and potential leads.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent


  • Must have at least one year of administrative experience


Monday – Friday, fully in office, 8am – 5pm


Pay: Between $18 - $22/hr
