Receptionist

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a corporate office in North Las Vegas, Nevada that is looking to add a Receptionist to the team! This is a full-time in-office Monday through Friday Contract to Hire position. $15 - $16 per hour with amazing benefits!
Must have experience with MS Office Suite and prior Receptionist/Front Desk or Admin experience to qualify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Warmly greet clients, visitors, and employees as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage Reception Area: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Schedule Appointments: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
- Mail and Deliveries: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain Security: Monitor and control access to the building, issuing visitor badges and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Assist with Office Supplies: Maintain inventory of office supplies, ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Support Events: Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
