Job Title: Customer Relations and Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary: LHH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Relations and Scheduling Specialist to work a contract position in Leland, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations, processing purchase orders, and coordinating schedules using various software tools. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other branches and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders in SAGE and send them to Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Scheduling: Utilize Service Trade to schedule and assign technicians based on their skills and territory.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.
  • Software Utilization: Use Smart Sheets and Google Meets for various tasks and meetings.
  • Transaction Management: Process and manage credit card transactions for customer sales.
  • Invoice Processing: Handle subcontractor invoices for payment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAGE, Service Trade, Smart Sheets, and Google Meets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer relations and scheduling is preferred.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
