• Review and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of overdue payments.
• Contact consumers via phone, email, or mail to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update account information in the system.
• Address and resolve disputes or issues related to account balances in a professional manner.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and progress to management.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

• Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
