LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a company in the north suburbs with a search for an Accounts Payable Clerk. The AP Clerk will be responsible for processing vendor payments in a timely manner. This is a temporary to hire role and onsite.
Responsibilities:
Enter invoices for payment
Verify accuracy including match to purchase orders and goods received
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Handle vendor inquiries
Expense reports
Check runs
Required:
3 years of prior AP experience
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
Deadline driven and accurate
ERP system experience
Pay: $22-$24/hour
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
