HR Generalist- Linden, NJ LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Generalist position near Linden, NJ. This position is Contract (Temp). It will be full time, Monday- Friday. The anticipated pay range is between $40-$60/hr. Looking for someone who has compensation background. Responsibilities: Maintaining Associates information in HRIS Systems Administering various aspects of the Associate’s career lifecycle Onboarding Maintaining personal Records Handling unemployment claims, associate relations, benefits, training and various company events Will support the VP of Human Resources with calendar management and answering phone calls Continuous upkeep of the HRIS system with new hire information, terminations, status changes, and personal information changes Running reports in ADP Monthly audits to ensure accuracy data Making sure all compensation changes are entered into HRIS system and communicated in a timely manner Entering union contract wage changes and annual increases Qualifications: Must be proficient in Cornerstone, Pay factors, and ADP Proficiency with Excel 3-5 years experience Must have good communications Must be organized Employment type: Contract Compensation: The anticipated pay range is between $40-$60/hr.
