📍 Location: Little Ferry, NJ (On-site)
💲 Pay Rate: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
📅 Type: Temporary to Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients team in Little Ferry, NJ. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with internal controls
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
