We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist with tenant communications, manage lease and property records, and coordinate maintenance and vendor requests. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and general office communication
Prepare, organize, and maintain lease agreements, tenant files, and vendor documentation
Assist with rent collection tracking, late notices, and basic accounting entries
Schedule property inspections, maintenance work, and meetings with tenants or vendors
Support the Property Manager with reporting tasks, budget preparation, and compliance filings
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing high-quality service and clear communication
Create and update spreadsheets, databases, and property-related reports using Microsoft Excel or property management software
Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures, lease renewals, and related paperwork
Maintain office supplies and ensure the work environment remains organized and professional
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
