LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our client’s team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a person who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of contributing to a diverse range of HR activities to support our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and coaching to managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Responsible for assisting in payroll.
    • Processing pay raises
    • Inputting data from time sheets into payroll system
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Handle employee benefits inquiries and ensure accurate benefits administration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
