Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support and coaching to managers on performance management and employee development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
- Responsible for assisting in payroll.
- Processing pay raises
- Inputting data from time sheets into payroll system
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Handle employee benefits inquiries and ensure accurate benefits administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
