LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Scheduling Manager candidate for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in the Logansport, IN area. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for overseeing the flow of materials, ensuring timely production schedules, and coordinating with suppliers. Compensation ranges from $90,000 – 110,000/year plus bonus and includes very affordable insurance program options, 401K match, and generous PTO and holiday offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Schedule and manage multiple production lines to ensure timely and efficient production.

· Lead and mentor a team of planners and schedulers, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

· Develop and implement strategies to optimize production planning and scheduling processes

· Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to address any material-related issues.

· Generate and manage documentation for material shipments.

· Provide support for post-delivery issues, including handling returns and complaints.

· Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures.

· Set guidelines for safety stock and reorder points.

· Handle urgent material requests and changes in production schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ years of experience in a supply-chain related position

· 3+ years of leadership experience

· Bachelor's degree or a 2-year associate degree preferred
