Accounts Receivable Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable/Collections Associate located in Villa Park, IL. The ideal candidate would have at least two years of accounts receivable experience. This role will be an open-ended temp position onsite in Villa Park, IL. • Reporting to the A/R Manager
• Posting cash apps
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered
• Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via phone, email, fax or mail

Requirements:

• 2-4 years A/R and Collections experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Excel skills –pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s required
• Quick learner
• Strong and professional communication skills
• Ability to work well on a team
