Job Title: Credit Analyst and Loan Documentation Specialist
Location: Longview, WA
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid potential
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 a year DOE
Job Overview:
Documentation: Requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Portfolio Management: Involves payment processing and loan processing. Responsibilities include financial analysis, credit underwriting, and preparing loan documentation for approved deals.
Operational Support: Includes tasks such as coordinating title insurance and arranging property appraisals.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in commercial lending, with a preference for those who have worked with documentation or title processing (e.g., escrow experience).
Ideal for someone transitioning from a mortgage underwriting or processing role, especially if they have experience interpreting financial statements and tax returns using specialized software.
