Position Overview
The Account Executive (Marketing Sales) plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs, and providing innovative solutions. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to deliver value to clients and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
· Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
· Proposal and Presentation Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value and impact of marketing solutions offered.
· Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client behavior.
· Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
· Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while delivering value to clients.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
· Experience: Proven track record of success in marketing sales or account management, with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
· Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a client-first mindset.
· Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics, as well as CRM software.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
· Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in the advertising, media, or tech industries.
· Knowledge of advanced marketing strategies, including inbound and outbound marketing.
· Certification in digital marketing or sales techniques.
