Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Temporary to hire
Pay Rate: $26.00-$31.00 per hour
Our client, a leading consumer products company located in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a temporary to hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Cash Applications: Accurately apply cash receipts to customer accounts.
Chargebacks: Manage and resolve chargebacks in a timely manner.
Commercial Collections: Conduct commercial collections to ensure timely payment from customers.
Vendor Portals: Utilize vendor portals for account management and reconciliation.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable, including cash applications and chargebacks.
Experience with commercial collections.
Proficiency in using vendor portals.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
