A leading healthcare organization in Vista, California is seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator for a contract position. As a third-party recruitment partner, we are managing the hiring process on behalf of our confidential client.

Position Summary
The Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator will serve as a vital liaison between patients and healthcare providers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate administrative systems efficiently while ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients in both English and Spanish, in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, and manage patient records
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate patient flow
  • Explain procedures, billing, and follow-up care clearly and compassionately
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Contract Details
  • Location: On-site in Los Angeles
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Pay Rate: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience
  • Contract Type: Temporary, with potential for extension


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
