Job Title: Case Manager – Homeless Services (South LA)
Location: South Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

About the Role:
We are a dedicated recruitment partner seeking a compassionate and driven Case Manager to support individuals experiencing homelessness in South Los Angeles. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a mission-driven organization committed to making a lasting impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness, including intake, assessment, and individualized service planning.
  • Connect clients with housing resources, mental health services, substance use treatment, employment support, and other community-based services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program and funding requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including outreach workers, housing navigators, and healthcare providers.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs and support them in achieving stability and self-sufficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (required).
  • Experience working with homeless populations or in social services preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Familiarity with local resources and housing programs in Los Angeles is a plus.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
