LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in Los Angeles near the Silverlake area. This position will be 100% onsite, and a full-time, contract opportunity.

This role will be based in our client's interim housing environment and will be focused on assisting program participants with behavioral health and medical needs, documentation assistance, food and hygiene resources, and other needs that will help to lead them towards their housing journey. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health, and/or substance abuse ailments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years case management/social services experience
• Experience working within CHAMP/HMIS and Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain professional while also being compassionate and empathetic towards others
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong de-escalation skills
• Can work well with a wide array of individuals and adjust communication style accordingly
• Tech savvy and can work well within multiple software systems
