Case Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Case Manager, for a full-time, Contract to Hire position in Los Angeles, CA. This is a great opportunity with an organization who is seeking an experienced candidate to start immediately! The anticipated hourly pay rate range for this position is between $23 and $28. Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients and audit paperwork
• Meet with clients on a monthly basis to ensure they are provided with resources (mental health resources, job sourcing, daily hygiene)
• Provide employment assistance & housing referrals

Experience/Requirements:

• Passion to work with homeless population
• Good customer service/de-escalation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Working Conditions:

• M- F, 8-hour days, 8-4:30
