Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Reports to: President

Direct Reports: Lead 15 staff in finance, operations, and IT

Office Location: Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid - 1 remote day/week

Salary Range: $190,000 to $250,000 based on experience + discretionary annual bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (Los Angeles) is partnering with a national non-profit organization to hire a CFO to their executive leadership team.

Description:

• Oversee all finance functions and performance

• Provide strategic leadership

• Financial management and reporting of federal and state grants as well as private donations

• Collaborate with leaders to manage department budgets

• Lead the annual audit process with external auditors and the internal audit committee to approve audited statements for annual filing

Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 15 years of non-profit sector experience

• CPA license

• Single Audit experience (OMB Circular A-133 audit)
