Our client, a non-profit based in Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a strategic and service-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for their fiscally sponsored projects and intermediary programs. Reporting to the Director of Financial Services, this role drives informed decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.

This will be a temporary to hire opportunity with a pay rage of $45.00-$50.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, and financial risk management

• Supervise finance team (Analysts, Associates, Admins)

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and project transitions

• Collaborate across departments to resolve complex finance issues

• Manage donor reporting and grant budget administration

• Enhance service delivery through training and process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3+ years in non-profit or grant accounting

• Strong FP&A and financial statement analysis skills

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce preferred

• Proven leadership and relationship-building abilities

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
