Our client, a non-profit based in Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a strategic and service-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for their fiscally sponsored projects and intermediary programs. Reporting to the Director of Financial Services, this role drives informed decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.
This will be a temporary to hire opportunity with a pay rage of $45.00-$50.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
Lead FP&A, budgeting, and financial risk management
Supervise finance team (Analysts, Associates, Admins)
Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance
Support mergers, acquisitions, and project transitions
Collaborate across departments to resolve complex finance issues
Manage donor reporting and grant budget administration
Enhance service delivery through training and process improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3+ years in non-profit or grant accounting
Strong FP&A and financial statement analysis skills
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce preferred
Proven leadership and relationship-building abilities
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
