Our client, a non-profit organization headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a Financial Grants Analyst to join their growing team. The Financial Grants Analyst will play a crucial role in their Finance department and will report directly to the Executive Director.

The pay range for this job will be $70,000.00-$80,000.00 annually.

Responsibilities:

· Manage cost based billing and financial reporting for contracts and grants.

· Prepare, review, and approve cost reports and grant billing.

· Prepare budget templates, budget renewals, modifications.

· Maintains an organized system of tracking budgets.

· Monitors AR aging and manages staff’s grant collection activities.

· Attends meetings with management, programs, and funders to present and discuss budgets, budgets vs. actuals and other related items.

· Participate in ad hoc analysis project given by the Executive Director.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, grants management, budget management.

· Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting

· One year experience supervising staff.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, Microsoft Outlook



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
