Job Title: Grants Associate
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 annually
Our client, a non-profit organization based in Downtown Los Angeles, is looking to hire a Grants Associate. The ideal candidate will have Grants Administration experience for both pre and post award.
Responsibilities:
Grant Writing: Research, write, and submit grant proposals to secure funding from various sources, including government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
Grant Compliance: Ensure compliance with all grant requirements, including reporting, documentation, and financial tracking.
Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for grant-funded projects, ensuring accurate allocation and tracking of funds.
Collaboration: Work closely with program managers and other staff to gather necessary information for grant proposals and reports.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and report on the progress of grant-funded projects, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with funders, partners, and stakeholders to support the organization's funding goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in grant writing and grant compliance.
Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Passion for non-profit work and commitment to the organization's mission.
Housing experience in preferred
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
